Buy a Driving License With Code 95
Code 95 is required for truck drivers who wish to work professionally in Europe. This document is also required for drivers from Ukraine and other non EU countries.

Costs
Professional driving abilities are becoming increasingly important in a world which places a lot of importance on transport for both economic activities and for the movement of goods and people. However, the process of acquiring this skill is not cheap. There are a lot of costs to think about, including the cost of training and the exam. In the Netherlands getting Code 95 may cost as nearly 3000 euros. Fortunately, the costs associated with acquiring this certificate are much lower in Poland, where they can be as low as 1500-2000 PLN.
In Europe truck drivers must have an Code 95 Certificate to drive trucks that weigh more than 7.5 tonnes. The certificate must be added to a driver's licence category C or C+E, and is valid for five years. It can also be added to a C1 or C1E license which permits the driver to drive lighter trailer combinations.
To receive a Code 95 certificate, you must take a medical exam and take the psychotest. After the course is completed, you will be issued a plastic Code 95 certificate that can be added to your driving license. The course price includes a medical exam, PKZ service and payment for the plastic Code 95 Certificate.
The cost of the Code 95 certificate is similar to the cost of other types of driving courses. It is also important to keep in mind that the course must be conducted at a CBR-approved driving academy. Trainers must follow strict CBR protocols. For example in the event that a student is absent from a class, the trainer must inform the CBR immediately.
The trainee must then visit the Road Traffic Safety Directorate and apply for the renewal of their license. The deadline for replacing the licence is six months from the date that the course was completed. This is to ensure that the driver has the necessary level of knowledge and competence for driving a heavy vehicle. In addition the driver should be able to read the kilometer and speed limit signs on the road.
Options for training
Code 95 on a driver's license signifies that you have completed the mandatory training to drive trucks or buses professionally. This is a requirement you must meet every five years to renew your permit. The periodical training of 35 hours can be completed at a driving academy or at home through online learning. It is possible to spread out the course over a five-year time frame. The tuition is typically paid for by your employer.
There are two types of instruction for Code 95: the long course and the short course. The long course is approximately four weeks long and ends with a government exam. After passing the exam you will be issued a plastic card. The card has to be submitted to the database of unified European certificates. The institution where you attended classes will submit it to the database. It takes 14 days to process the card.

The cost of the long course is approximately 2,000 PLN, while the exam is 300 PLN. You'll have to pay an additional fee to the school in order for them to upload your certificate into the unification of the European database. Once your card is accepted you can pick it up at the school.
As trainers you must follow a set of protocols to be able to offer a course that issues Code 95. You will receive an acknowledgement from the CBR once you completed the course successfully. You can then send this to the RDW. If the application is successful, you'll be able renew your license with the municipality. Exams
You must pass both the theoretical and practical tests to earn the code 95 on your license. After passing the test, you will receive a certificate as well with a code 95 card. The card is valid for 5 years and must be renewed before the expiration date.
Depending on the training programme depending on the training program, you can choose to take short or long courses for the code 95 exam. To operate a truck you must possess a driver's licence C. This is the biggest driver's licence in Europe. In the Netherlands, the requirement is that you pass the initial qualification for professional drivers at the Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing (Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen, or CBR, in Dutch). You must also have a medical examination.
For passenger vehicles and buses you also need to have a driving license C or D. Bus drivers must pass an oral and written test. They also require an official code85, which is a professional certification.
Requirements

In 2011, a new design of licence for trucks as well as buses was introduced. It is a laminated driving licence card that looks similar to the European driving license card.
